Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and 2BROS GROUP LIMITED whenever you browse templify.digital, create an account, buy a plan or download an asset.
1Who we are
templify.digital (“Templify”, “we”, “us”) is operated by 2BROS GROUP LIMITED, established at 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4FG, England. You can reach us at any time at contact@2brosgroup.com.
In these terms, “you” means the person using the site. If you are using Templify on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that organisation as well.
2Accepting these terms
By using the site, creating an account or completing a purchase, you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the License Agreement. Those documents together form the whole agreement between us.
If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Where another document conflicts with these terms on a specific point, the more specific document wins for that point — the License Agreement decides what you may do with an asset, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy decides how refunds work.
3What Templify provides
Templify is a digital library. We sell access to templates, UI kits, prompts, sections, backgrounds, 3D scenes and, on some plans, the underlying source code. Everything is delivered digitally — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
The library changes over time. We add new assets, revise existing ones and occasionally retire one, for example when a third-party licence ends or when a file no longer meets our quality bar. We do not guarantee that any particular asset stays available indefinitely: a plan is sold as access to the library as it stands, not to a fixed list of files.
Any figure we publish about the size of the library, the release cadence or performance is a good-faith description, not a contractual promise.
4Your account
Some parts of the site require an account. You can create one with an email address and a password, or by signing in with Google. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. Do not share your account, and do not sell, lend or transfer it.
An account is personal to one person, or — for an organisation — to one named seat. If several people at your organisation need access, each needs their own account and their own plan.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Closing an account ends your access to the library; it does not by itself refund a payment, which is covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5Plans, prices and payment
We offer plans on a monthly, yearly and lifetime basis. The price, the billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page at the moment you buy, and that is what applies to your purchase.
Prices are stated in US dollars and, unless checkout says otherwise, exclude any tax that may apply where you are. Where we must charge VAT or an equivalent sales tax, it is calculated and shown during checkout.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe processes the payment and returns only a confirmation and a reference to us. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made, and for a running subscription a new price applies only from the next renewal, after we have told you in advance.
6Renewals and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in force for your subscription, until you cancel. That is how access stays uninterrupted.
You can cancel at any time from your account, through the billing portal, or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
A lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as Templify operates the library; it is not a promise that the service will exist forever, and it does not create a right to a refund if we later cease operating.
If we have to suspend or end your access because you breached these terms, no refund is due for the remainder of the period.
7Fair-use limits
Plans described as unlimited are subject to the fair-use limits published on the pricing page — for example a number of template downloads or source exports per day or per week. These limits exist so that automated bulk downloading does not degrade the service for everyone else.
We may enforce a limit by slowing or temporarily blocking downloads on an account. If we see a pattern that looks like scraping, resale or shared credentials, we may suspend the account and ask you to explain before restoring it.
We may adjust fair-use limits over time. Where a change would materially reduce what your plan gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
8What you may do with the assets
Buying a plan does not transfer ownership of anything. It gives you a licence to use the assets on the terms set out in the License Agreement, which forms part of this agreement.
In short: you may use the assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work you deliver to clients. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the assets as they are, and you may not build a product that competes with Templify out of them. The License Agreement is the authoritative version of these rules.
9Acceptable use
When you use Templify, you agree not to do any of the following.
- Copy, scrape, crawl or bulk-download the library, whether by hand or with a script, bot or extension.
- Share your account, your password or your download links with anyone outside your licence.
- Circumvent, disable or probe the security, rate limits, payment checks or access controls of the site.
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the assets, in original or barely modified form.
- Use the assets or the site to build, train or fine-tune a model, dataset or service that reproduces or substitutes for the library.
- Upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, malicious or designed to interfere with the service.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate anyone, or use the site for fraud or money laundering.
- Use the site in a way that breaks a law that applies to you, including sanctions and export rules.
10Our intellectual property
The site, the library, the Templify name and logo, the interface, the copy and the underlying code are owned by us or by our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights.
Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use our name, logo or branding, other than to state truthfully that you use Templify.
If you send us feedback, an idea or a feature request, we may use it freely and without obligation to you. We will not treat it as confidential unless you say so in advance and we agree in writing.
11Third-party services and content
Templify depends on third parties to work — among them Stripe for payments, our hosting, database, storage and email providers, and Google if you sign in with a Google account. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to what they do, and we list them in the Privacy Policy.
Some assets refer to, embed or depend on third-party fonts, libraries, icons or media. Where an asset carries its own third-party licence, that licence governs the third-party part, and it is your responsibility to comply with it in your project.
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
12Availability, changes and support
We work to keep the site available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, a failure at a provider or events outside our control can all interrupt access.
We may change, add or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you, and you may cancel and ask for a proportionate refund of the unused part of your current period.
Support is provided by email at contact@2brosgroup.com. We aim to answer within two working days, in English. Support covers access, billing and file issues; it does not include building your project for you.
13Disclaimer
The assets are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that an asset is fit for a particular purpose, that it is free of defects, that it works with every framework, browser, plugin or version, or that it meets a legal, accessibility or performance standard that applies to your project.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing and adapting anything you take from the library before you use it in production, and for the compliance of the finished work you publish.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or professional advice.
14Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however it arises.
Subject to the same, our total liability to you for all claims connected to Templify is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
If you are a consumer, you keep every right the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you, and these limits apply only so far as that law allows.
15Suspension and termination
You may stop using Templify at any time and close your account.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the License Agreement, if a payment fails or is reversed, if the law requires it, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
When access ends, your licence to use assets you downloaded while your plan was active continues for projects you had already delivered or published — unless we ended your access for breach of the licence, in which case the licence ends too and you must stop using the assets.
The sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, liability and governing law survive the end of this agreement.
16Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the service, our providers or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Templify after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can cancel and stop using the service.
17Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law protects you, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
Before going to court, please write to us at contact@2brosgroup.com. Most problems are quicker to solve directly, and we would rather fix something than argue about it.
