Refund & Cancellation Policy
Everything Templify sells is digital and delivered instantly. Here is exactly when you can cancel, when you get your money back, and how to ask.
1The short version
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you bought a plan within the last 14 days and have not downloaded anything, write to us and we refund in full, no questions asked. Once you have downloaded an asset the content has been delivered and a refund is at our discretion — but we still look at every case.
The sections below set out how that works and what your statutory rights are.
2Digital content is delivered immediately
A plan gives you access to downloadable files the moment the payment succeeds. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return: once a file is downloaded it cannot be given back.
That is why this policy is built around whether you have actually taken delivery of content, not around a fixed cooling-off window alone.
3Your right of withdrawal, and the waiver
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you are asked to agree to immediate access, and that agreement is the consent and acknowledgement the law refers to.
In plain terms: you keep the 14 days for as long as you have not downloaded anything. Download an asset and you have taken delivery, and the statutory withdrawal right for that purchase ends. Everything below is what we give you on top of the law.
4When we refund
We refund in these situations.
- You bought within the last 14 days and have not downloaded or exported any asset — full refund, no reason needed.
- You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after a cancellation took effect.
- A payment was made without your authorisation from a card you control — tell us and we will investigate and refund.
- An asset is materially broken or not as described, and we cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time.
- We materially reduce what your paid plan gives you and you cancel because of it — you get a proportionate refund for the unused part of the period.
- We end the service during a period you have paid for — you get a proportionate refund for the remainder.
5When we do not refund
We do not normally refund in these situations, although you can always write to us and explain.
- You have downloaded or exported assets and simply changed your mind.
- You bought the wrong plan but have already used it — we will usually move you to the right plan and settle the difference instead.
- You did not use the plan during the period, or forgot that a subscription would renew, where we sent the renewal notice to the address on your account.
- An asset does not fit your framework, plugin, tool version or design taste, where the product page described it accurately.
- Your access was suspended or ended because you breached the Terms of Service or the License Agreement.
- The purchase is older than the periods described in this policy.
6Cancelling a subscription
Cancel at any time from your account, from the Stripe billing portal we link to there, or by writing to us. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not cut your access short.
You keep everything your plan gives you until the end of the period you have paid for, and after that the account stays open with free-tier access. Nothing you already downloaded is taken away.
A renewal that has already been charged is treated as a new purchase, and the 14-day rule above applies to it in the same way — so if a renewal surprises you and you have not downloaded anything since, tell us and we will refund it.
7Lifetime purchases
A lifetime plan is a single payment for continuing access, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
The same 14-day, no-download rule applies to it. After that, a lifetime purchase is generally final.
“Lifetime” means the operating life of the Templify library. If we ever wind the service down, we will give notice and let you download everything your plan covers before access ends.
8Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days and we email you. If it still fails, access is paused until the balance is settled; your account and your history stay intact.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster and without a dispute on your record.
Where a chargeback is opened against a payment for content that was in fact delivered, we may suspend the account while the dispute runs, and we may end the licence to assets downloaded under that payment.
9How to request a refund
Write to contact@2brosgroup.com from the email address on your account, with “Refund” in the subject line, and tell us which purchase it concerns and what went wrong. A receipt number helps but is not required.
We answer within two working days. Where a refund is due, we approve it and Stripe returns the money to the original payment method — usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are always made to the original payment method, in the original currency. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
If a refund is issued, the licence to any assets obtained under that payment ends: you must stop using them and delete your copies.
10Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the law; it does not replace it. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you, including rights about content that is faulty or not as described.
Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, and consumers anywhere may raise a complaint with the consumer authority where they live.
