Delivery Policy

1The short version

Every Templify plan is delivered online, to the account you bought it with, as soon as Airwallex confirms the payment. There is no physical product, no shipping, no delivery fee and no delivery time to wait for.

2What you receive

A plan unlocks the Templify library on your account for the period you paid for. What that includes depends on the billing period, exactly as described on the pricing page when you bought it.

• Prompts for templates, 3D scenes, sections, backgrounds and gradients, which you copy straight from the site.
• Downloadable files where a layer offers them, such as source code, video and image files. Source code downloads are included in the yearly plan.
• Weekly additions to the library for as long as your plan is active.

3How and when it is delivered

Checkout is handled by Airwallex. Once the payment succeeds, your account is upgraded automatically and you are returned to templify.digital, usually within seconds. We also email a receipt to the address on your account.

Nothing needs to be installed or collected. Sign in, open any layer and copy its prompt or download its files. Each download link is created when you ask for it and expires after a few minutes, so it cannot be passed on.

On the monthly plan, downloads are subject to the fair-use allowance shown on the pricing page (currently 3 template downloads a day). The yearly plan has no such limit.

4Delivery costs and regions

Delivery is free. The price on the pricing page, in US dollars, is the full price: no shipping, handling or delivery charges are ever added.

Because delivery happens online, there are no delivery zones, carriers or customs duties. The library is available wherever you can reach templify.digital.

5Renewals and the end of a plan

A subscription keeps delivering for as long as it renews: each successful renewal extends your access for another billing period, with nothing for you to do.

If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. Assets you downloaded while your plan was active stay licensed for the projects you used them in, as the License Agreement sets out.

6If something does not arrive

If your account does not show your plan shortly after paying, a download fails, or you did not receive a receipt, write to us or call us using the details at the end of this page, and include the email address on your account. We will restore your access, or refund you under the Refund & Cancellation Policy if we cannot.
